Chinese Organic Agriculture Association

Our association was legally established on May 17,1997 and initiated by CHENG, Feng-hsi,chairman of the association. lt is a non-profit social organization. To foster a symbiotic relationship between the organic industry and consumers,we jointly aim to promote organic products, establish a rigorous quality control certification system,guarantee the quality of organic products,and safeguard the rights and interests of consumers.
Since its inception,the Association has been committed to organic agriculture in Taiwan for over two decades.
We collaborate with Ministry of Agriculture to provide CAS certification services for Taiwan's organic agricultural products.ln 2014,we underwent a transformation to become an organic agriculture consultancy organization, actively promoting the IFOAM Participatory Guarantee System (PGS).This endeavor is intended to safeguard the rights and interests of organic consumers,augment the income of organic smallholder farmers,provide professional technical consultancy and guidance,and promote sustainable and healthy development in the organic agriculture sector across the Taiwan Straits.
