In our Bio district we would like to tell the story about the farmers and gardeners working with the soil, plants and animals. The apple growers that look after their trees. The miller who carefully grind his cereals and the baker who let the dough take its time to become nutritious bread. Our friends in the dairy making cheese. All of these fantastic people caring for nature and people and giving us our food. Telling this story to our fellow citizens for them to take an active part in co-creating a healthy lifestyle.
